This is how I’ve used Zapier to connect InfusionSoft with Podio. I know that’s a mouthful, but this integration is pretty awesome.
We use Podio as our main CRM for our real estate business, but we’ve recently started doing a lot of Google Adwords marketing, and our squeeze pages are connected to our InfusionSoft account (and campaigns).
The problem we were running into was that we didn’t have a solid way to get the leads from InfusionSoft into our Podio account.
This is where Zapier comes in…
… Zapier creates a clean integration that completely aligns our InfusionSoft leads with exactly what we want to do in Podio (triggering all of our tasks).

As you can see… when you connect InfusionSoft with Podio things can start to get really exciting! I can have emails getting triggered in the InfusionSoft campaigns, and tasks for calls getting created in Podio. It’s a great integration!
And from there I can have the emails stopped when one of my acquisitions team marks that they’ve talked to the lead in Podio so they don’t get unwanted emails that don’t make sense.
I know that this might sound a bit complicated, but once you start looking into this world the things you can automate are amazing. It will save you a ton of time, and help you make more money without having to do more.
